Avla's terms and conditions

These terms of use apply to the Avla app provided by the company with organization number 559297-7002. By using the app, you have confirmed that you have read and accepted Avla's terms of use.

General

Avla is an app showcasing breeding stallions available for breeding. Our goal is to build a platform where breeding enthusiasts can come together. By downloading and using Avla, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms of use.

User account

In order to upload your own horses and to save information about you, we need to create a user account for you. Before you provide any information about yourself, you are anonymous. If you want to create a personal user account, you are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself, such as your email and name.

Code of Conduct

You agree not to upload or publish anything on Avla that directly or indirectly:

• Promotes or encourages illegal activity.
• Is abusive or constitutes a threat to minorities.
• Is misleading, untrue, or discriminatory.
• Transmission of viruses, malicious software, or other programs that may harm others' property.
• Violates copyright law.
• In any other way can be seen as a threat or misuse of the app.

Third party

Note that you are responsible for ensuring that the links you add to the app do not violate our terms of use, whether they are link to video clips, links to websites, or otherwise. Additionally, note that you may only upload photos and videos that you own yourself or have the right to use through permission from the photographer.

Responsibility

Avla does not provide any guarantees regarding the availability of the app and is provided on an 'as is' basis. There may be situations (such as maintenance) where the app will not be available. Avla is not responsible for published user content.

Your Content

When you upload material to Avla, you grant us the right to store, publish, transmit, modify, copy, and display the content and to use the material to market Avla. You also guarantee that you have the right to upload the material and that it does not violate our terms of use. If your content violates our terms, we have the right to take down the content. However, we are not obligated to do so

Change of Terms

We have the right to change the terms and will notify you if any such change is implemented. You can then decide whether you want to continue using Avla or not.
